Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute! These are very cute. They haven't been worn yet, however, the shoe description is incorrect. These are lace up boots, not zip up, as described. Unsure if I'll keep them. I'd like to have a boot that is easy for a toddler to put on, and I'm not sure this is it.

Are these semi-waterproof? Not for snow weather but for outdoor/ light hikes etc.
