Sure the color is cute, but my jaw literally dropped because I was appalled at the hip cutouts. It seems that Carter's has this up for sale to test the waters and see who- if any- will buy this for their toddler aged daughter. Not me. I've since come back a few times to read the reviews that were left and I'm glad to see others agree. Please remove this filth from your website, it is highly inappropriate for a child of any age to wear a dress with hip cutouts. There is NO reason to draw attention to a little girls hips. The line must be drawn before they start adding more and more increasingly inappropriate apparel. Our daughters are not going to wear this trash

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cara from Hip cutouts are a BAD choice This is so disappointing. I bought the "Girl" size of this dress and wanted to get the matching size in toddler for a sibling. What the heck - WHY do you have to put hip cutouts for a dress that fits 1-5 year old girls? This is sick and inappropriate, not to mention impractical for a kid moving and jumping around to have HOLES in the dress at the sides. The Girl size of this dress would have been PERFECT in toddler size, without these disgusting hip cutouts.
