I was a little nervous if the Velcro would provide enough support for keeping them on, but after receiving them I can see it won't be an issue at all.

I was wondering if anyone had tried these with SMO orthotics? My son normally has to have an extra wide shoe to wear with his braces but I'm wondering how these would work since they have the velcro.
