Rated 4 out of 5 by from Drawstring works! Unlike some other Carter's pants I bought, the drawstring is actually long enough to tie in a bow. They used to be named as Reinforced Knee Pants even though they aren't--would have been nice, but at least they have changed the name not to be misleading. Fabric is pretty thin.

Do these pants have a real drawstring or just one for show? I need a full drawstring so I can tighten the pants on my son.
