Rated 2 out of 5 by from Darling, but not waterproof I was shocked to see this is only water resistant, not waterproof...I think the product title should be altered and the tags certainly shouldn't say "rain slicker" if it isn't....disappointed as my kids wanted something to stay dry in as they explore the spring outdoors..
