Cute bright colors
The hat is wonderfully bright and bold, my little one loves it! The hat itself is "loose" I'd that makes sense. Like the layers separate when you're trying to reverse which color I'd put on display. It makes it weird fitting unless you can align the two color layers just right to avoid odd fit. Cute and functional though when it's on proper.
