I don’t understand the sizes. What does P mean in kids? Also I don’t see a size chart for these sizes.

The 'P' stands for plus fit. Carter's clothing is generally recommended by height and waist size of the child. Please check our size charts, for the best fit.- https://www.carters.com/size-chart
