Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed in Carter’s I had previously left a not-so-stellar review for these panties … and it was removed. I expect Carter’s to improve their products resulting in favorable reviews, not to remove reviews that they don’t like. These panties are subpar quality for the price, and the fabric is nothing like it used to be. They are much thinner, the construction feels cheaper, and the elastic is weak right out of the gate.

Is the 5% elastic in the waistband and leg bands or mixed into the cotton?
