Wayyy too big and the drawstring is usess
The waist on these pants is huge! Way too big. And unfortunately, the drawstring is only for show and isn't functional, so there's no way to tighten them. Also not thrilled with Carter's because you can't return items that have been washed, so be sure to try them on your child before washing, otherwise you're stuck with it.

What is up with Carters and drawstrings?!
These are not adjustable! I got these a size bigger to have looser, comfy pants, and they're just way too big without being able to tighten them. Odd, because Carter's always runs small.
I bought some terry shorts with a drawstring as well, and the string wasn't any longer than the waistband! Major fail in the string department, Carter's. You can do better.
