We used this boot last winter and it was perfect for keeping my toddler’s feet warm and dry. The tread keeps my son from slipping and they’re fairly easy to get on his feet. We will use these all winter.

Is the bottom part waterproof? It looks like it might be, but not sure and it doesn't mention that on the description
