Abysmal quality control!
I am very disappointed in my purchase of these socks. While adorable, the socks are of terrible quality. For example, one socks out of the grey and pink striped pair has ZERO stretch. How is that possible? One socks in the pair is great, the other sock in the pair cannot be pulled on. Another sock already has a hole after 1 wear. So sad and disappointed, Carter’s.

Are the sizes the ages or the she size? The size chart is not helpful at all. My daughter is 5 and wears a size 10 shoe. Do I get 4-7 for her age or 8-14 for her shoe size?
I’m answering my own question because the answer I received is incorrect. I just noticed in the detail description it gives a size chart (if you click on size chart it doesn’t give you any info). It says size 4-7 is for shoe size 10-13 and size 8-14 is for shoe size 13 and up.
