I placed an order and days later got notified that half of the items I had already purchased were now out of stock and those items would not be delivered. Within the same day (while I was trying to cancel the rest of the order) I got another email saying the remaining items have shipped. Now I have matching pj's for half the family, Carter's only has a robot to speak with online and the nearest store is hours away...
