Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cute but.. I wanted to love this coat, but it arrived with blue color transfer on the white trim of the hood. I contacted customer service, who was quick to help and determined it was a likely a one off defect. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived with the same issue, but this time customer service was short and curt. I was offered a refund only, but with snow coming in, I opted to keep the coat. I'm stillquite disappointed on the quality and the customer service.

Is this snowsuit set waterproof?Is this jacket fleece lined?

The snowsuit is water resistant. The body of the jacket is lined but the sleeves are not.
