Not flattering
They are thin and cheap feeling. The quality of carters really has gone down over the years. My eldest had a turtleneck either carters or Oshkosh years ago that was so soft and stretchy. These now are rough, thin, and not stretchy to fit a girls body. They just are cheaply made

Perfect for layering
Carters/Oshkosh always has great quality and options for simple layering for upcoming cold weather. Our children's wardrobe mainly consists of carters and Oshkosh clothing and has for over 8 years!

I love it
I love turtleneck tops and so is my daughter who is 11 years old.It fit perfectly and it looks nice and comfortable to wear under the jacket and give her an elegant touch. I usually shop early in the season otherwise it is very hard to find.the quality is good for the price. I like the brand a lot and actually all my kids clothes are from carter’s.
