Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT a functioning draw-string I am sooooo ticked!!! The description states functioning draw-string. The only reason that I bought 6 pair for my thin grand children. You would think the designers of children's clothing would have the brains to have adjustable waists or FUNCTIONING draw-strings in every pant. Fitting children is a nightmare... a children's clothing line should know to do this automatically. Plus based on the size chart, these should fit, but every pair is too short. So they are to shot and fall down when they move.

Are these treated with flame retardants?

We design our children’s sleepwear with a combination of fabrics and fits that do not require treatment with harsh chemicals to prevent flammability. Carter’s polyester sleepwear is naturally flame resistant, while our 100% cotton sleepwear is tight fitting, and therefore does not require additional fabric treatment. All Carter’s sleepwear products are clearly labeled as “sleepwear.” Only garments labeled as such should be considered sleepwear. All of our sleepwear products are created with children’s safety, health, and comfort in mind, and meet Consumer Product Safety Commission requirements.
