The cuff on the wrist is a bit small to put hands through, but once the hand is through they fit perfect. I love this line so much that I bought bigger sizes for the future. I also bought the adult PJ's for me as well :)

For reference my daughter is not even 8 months old and the 12m size was so tight the top became a hilarious crop top and the pants were so tight they kept rolling down her tummy.
