I need to order 12 month feet pajamas for my grandson. But from reading other peoples posts, it looks like these pajamas shrink. Should I buy an 18 month old pajamas if I wanted it for a 12 month?

So these shrink in the wash? I washed them before use, and the 9mo size seems to fit like the 6mo.
