I love the two way zipper which makes changing diapers a breeze and the super soft and light material. I also love how the hands have built in mittens to keep her from scratching.

Most other preemie items were still to big but for some reason these are perfect for a long and skinny preemie girl. Super soft and stretchy as well. Not sure how well they hold up in the wash yet
