Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great I bought a size 3m for a 22 5 inch long 11lb baby. She is now 23inches long and about 13.5lbs and still wearing it but it's getting tight in the shoulders. Works well with a non bulky cloth diaper but not my bulky ones. The snaps are average snaps and I've had no issues with snaps falling off minus lots of use. Very cute. Not super thin material.

Where are 18 month girl sleepers? I only see up to 9 mos the starting at 2t No 12-18 month
