Good for him to grow into
I like how I can adjust the waistband. They are a bit big on my 2 year old, but I can tighten them up until he grows into them. Definitely a good purchase

Love the adjustable waist
I bought these jeans for my grandson. They look great on him. He is thin and the adjustable waist is great. The waist can be cinched tighter to keep him from constantly having to pull up the waist. The ones with a tie can never get tight enough and if you tie them to hold then they are too hard to untie at bathroom time. These do not have a tie. They have an elastic piece inside the waist band that is adjustable with a button. It works.
The jeans seem like they are good material.

The inseam length for sizes 2T is 13 ¼ inches and 3T is 15 inches.

Do these have a functioning zipper? My son wants zipper because "he's a big kid now". If not, what do you have with a zipper in 4T?
The only style in the toddler sizes have have a functional zipper is 28125512. The functional zippers start with size 4 of the kid sizes.
