Carter’s Rewards™ is our NEW free loyalty program. Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Skip Hop and Little Planet products. 100 points = a $5 reward.
How do I become a member of Carter’s Rewards™?
It's simple! Join online at carters.com/rewards or at any of our U.S. Carter’s or OshKosh B’gosh stores. If you were already a member of My Rewarding Moments®, you are now in Carter’s Rewards™!
I was a member of My Rewarding Moments®, am I a member of Carter’s Rewards™?
Yes! If you were a member of My Rewarding Moments®, you are now in Carter’s Rewards™!
Does Carter’s Rewards™ work across all of Carter’s® brands and channels?
Yes! You can earn points, use rewards and enjoy benefits in all Carter’s channels (in store, online and in the app) across all of our brands (Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, SkipHop and Little Planet).
What are the new membership tiers?
There are 3 tiers in Carter’s Rewards™:
- Family: free to join!
- VIP: Spend $500 in 1 year
- VIP+: Carter’s® Credit Cardholders
Does it cost anything to become a Carter’s Rewards™ member?
No, Carter’s Rewards™ is a FREE program designed to help our customers earn rewards faster and easier than ever before.
Who can join Carter’s Rewards™?
Customers 18 years of age or older who are purchasing at a Carter’s or OshKosh B’gosh store in the USA or shipping to an address in the USA from carters.com, oshkosh.com or skiphop.com are eligible to join.
How does Carter’s use my information from participation in the Carter’s Rewards™ program?

How do I cancel my Carter’s Rewards™ membership?
Please call one of our customer service agents at 1-877-333-0117. We’ll be happy to help you.
Do I still get a You Pick Bonus Day?
You Pick Bonus Day is a benefit that is now exclusively for VIP+. VIP+ members can choose 1 day per year to get 3X bonus points on their purchase.
Can I still recycle clothes with Carter’s® through Kidcycle®?
Yes, Carter’s® will still offer Kidcycle®; however, it is no longer an official part of the new Carter’s Rewards™ program, and no points will be earned through the program. Please check the TerraCycle® website for additional information.
How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at any U.S. Carter’s or OshKosh B’gosh store or online at carters.com, oshkosh.com and skiphop.com. Points will be awarded based on your net purchase after all discounts, rewards or coupons are applied. Points will not be awarded for non-merchandise items such as gift cards, shipping, gift wrap, tax, etc.
How do I earn points online
Be sure to log into your Carter’s Rewards™ account every time you check out to earn points online.
How do I earn points in store?
The store associate will ask for the email address or phone number linked to your account at checkout to ensure you earn points!
When can I start earning points?
As soon as you've signed up you can start earning on your purchases. If you sign up at checkout in store or online, you're already earning points!
Can I earn points when I use my rewards to pay for my purchase?
Yes, points are earned based on your net purchase after the discounts for rewards or coupons are applied.
How many points do I have?
There are 3 easy ways to check how many points you have:
- Check the Carter’s App! Your points balance is available anytime you're logged in.
- Review your account online at carters.com.
- Ask a sales associate at any Carter’s or OshKosh store.
When will I see my points in my account?
You should see the points you’ve earned in the Rewards section of My Account online following your qualifying purchases. Points for eCommerce orders will be earned when the order ships, not when the order is placed. For Buy Online, Ship to or Pick Up In Store orders, points will be rewarded after in-store pickup. Please allow at least 72 hours for points to display in your account.
Do points ever expire?
Yes, points expire 6 months from the day they were earned.
I should have earned points, but I don’t see them in my account.
If you don’t see points you feel you’ve earned, please call us at 1-877-333-0117.
If I’ve enrolled in the store, how do I see my points online?
We’ll track your points in the store, but by creating an account online, you’ll have access to My Account to see all of your Carter’s Rewards™ information: your points, status, rewards earned and expiration dates.
If I purchase an item with a gift card, do I still earn points?
Yes, if you have a Carter’s Rewards™ account and are logged in or notify a store associate, you will receive 1 point for every dollar spent using your gift card.
Can I earn points on international orders?
No. At this time, orders shipping outside the United States are not eligible to earn points and rewards.
How many points do I need to earn a reward
100 points = a $5 reward
Where can I find my rewards?
You can access your rewards account online at carters.com/my-account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one online and find your rewards under your My Rewards page. You can also find out in the store by asking your sales associate.
Where can I use my rewards?
You can use your rewards on qualifying purchases at any U.S. Carter’s or OshKosh B’gosh store or online at carters.com, oshkosh.com or skiphop.com. Rewards cannot be used toward non-merchandise items such as gift cards, shipping, gift wrap, tax, etc.
When is my reward available to redeem?
Once you have enough points to qualify for a reward, we will issue your reward, and you will be notified by email. You can check your account online, in the Carter’s mobile app or by asking a sales associate in any of our stores. Please allow at least 72 hours for rewards to display in your account.
Do my rewards ever expire?
Yes, rewards expire 45 days after they are issued.
Can I use more than one reward for a transaction?
Yes, you can use up to 30 rewards in one transaction.
Can I use my reward with other promotions and offers?
Yes, you can use your reward and a coupon in one order. Note that the rewards will be deducted before any coupon discounts are taken.
Do rewards count towards the spending minimum on my coupon?
No, your merchandise total is calculated after your rewards are applied. If they aren’t close to their expiration date, you can save your rewards for your next transaction.
What happens if the price of the product is less than my reward?
You can still use your reward, but any leftover balance will be forfeited.
Can you reissue my lost/expired reward?
No. Your rewards are listed on your Rewards page within My Account. Any active or valid rewards will be listed there for you to use.
Why don’t I see a reward in my account even though I have enough points?
It may take 72 hours after you earn enough points for your reward to be issued. Don’t worry, you will receive an email congratulating you on earning a reward.
How do I find out when I’ve earned a reward?
Once you have enough points to qualify for a reward, we will issue your reward, and you will be notified by email. You should also see your new reward in your My Account online or by asking a sales associate at any Carter’s or OshKosh store.
Can I gift my reward to someone else for use?
Sorry, at this time, rewards are non-transferable.
Are rewards redeemable in Canadian stores?
No. At this time, rewards are only redeemable for transactions at Carter's and OshKosh B’gosh stores in the U.S. and/or online for orders shipped within the US.
What is VIP status?
You become a VIP by spending $500 in a year at Carter’s. Once you’ve reached VIP status, you get 2X points for every dollar you spend!
How do I qualify for VIP status?
To become a VIP, you must spend $500 in one calendar year (between January and December). Your membership will be automatically upgraded once you meet the spend threshold.
oes my spend this year so far qualify for my VIP status?
Yes, all of your spend in the 2024 year will qualify towards the VIP tier.
How long does VIP status last?
You will keep your VIP status until December 31 of the following calendar year. For example, if you earn VIP status on June 1, 2024, you will have VIP status through December 31, 2025.
How do I find out if I have VIP status?
You will be notified by email of an upgrade to VIP status. You can also view your status in your account online, in the Carter’s app or by asking an associate in any of our stores.
What are the benefits of the VIP tier?
In addition to the benefits you receive as a Carter’s Rewards™ member, you get additional benefits:
- Earn 2 points per $1 spent (100% faster!)
- Early Access
- Exclusive offers for being a VIP
When do my benefits begin?
Your benefits begin the day you earn VIP status and last through the following calendar year. For example, if you earn VIP status on June 1st, 2024, you will have VIP status through December 31st, 2025.
How do I keep my VIP status?
You must spend $500 each calendar year to maintain your VIP status.
Does it cost anything additional to have VIP status?
Nothing additional! You will be automatically upgraded to VIP once you spend $500 in a calendar year.
What is VIP+ status?
VIP+ status is an exclusive tier just for our cardholders. The Carter’s® Credit Card is the fastest and easiest way to get the most value and best benefits from Carter’s Rewards™.
How do I qualify for VIP+ status?
To qualify for VIP+, you must be a Carter’s® Credit Card holder. Credit card offers are subject to credit approval.
How do I apply for VIP+?
You can apply for the Carter’s® Credit Card online at carters.com/creditcard-apply or by asking an associate in any Carter’s store.
Is there another way to become VIP+ besides getting the Carter’s® Credit Card?
No, the VIP+ tier is exclusive for our cardholders.

Do I need to use my Carter’s® Credit Card to get my VIP+ benefits?
Yes, you must use your Carter’s® Credit Card to get the VIP+ benefits. This includes the 2X points on every purchase, free shipping, annual gift and your personal bonus day.
Can I use my Carter’s® Credit Card on the same day that I apply for the card?
Yes, if you have been approved for the Carter’s® Credit Card, you will be able to use your new card on the same day.
How do I make a payment?
To make a payment online, go to https://d.comenity.net/ac/carters/public/home. You can also make a payment in cash at any of our Carter’s stores.
When I return my purchase, do I get my reward back?
You may exchange an item of equal or greater value, but if you simply return the item, your reward is forfeited.
When I return my purchase, what happens to the points I earned?
You may exchange an item of equal value and your points will not be affected, but if you simply return the item, any points you earned from your purchase will be deducted from your account.
What happens to my points if I get a price adjustment?
The points earned on the amount being adjusted will be deducted from your points balance.
