Carriers Final delivery of most standard orders will be completed by USPS mail carriers. In some cases end delivery will be completed by UPS or regional carriers. Most expedited and overnight orders will be completed by UPS.
Notes * Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. Please allow extra time for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

We make every attempt to ship your order complete with minimal excess packaging. However, in some instances your order may arrive in multiple packages.

For missing items it is possible your shipment was split based on product availability, and that the missing items will be shipped when they become available. Your shipment confirmation will include a list of all products included in your shipment. To track your order, please use our Order History.

If the items are still unaccounted for please contact us at 877-333-0117 (toll free) or (706) 487-8712 to report an incomplete shipment, and we will check the status of your missing items.

Parcel Forwarding Companies If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Carter's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Notice for Orders Shipped to South Dakota

Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh is not required, and does not collect South Dakota sales or use tax. Your South Dakota purchase is subject to state use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your South Dakota purchase is not exempt merely because the purchase is made over the Internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. The state requires each South Dakota purchaser to report any purchases that were not taxed and pay tax on the purchase. The tax may be reported and paid on the South Dakota use tax form. The use tax form and corresponding instructions are available on the South Dakota Department of Revenue website.
