These look high waisted in the picture. Are they? how low below the belly button do they fall?

Where the top of the waistband hits on the torso is dependent on the size ordered and the height and weight of the child. Below are the approximate measurements of the front rise in inches: Size 2-3: 7 1/2 Size 4-5: 8 3/4 Size 6-7: 9 3/8 Size 8: 10 Size 10-12: 11 3/8 Size 14:12

I can't find a size chart for underwear. I'm assuming a 2-3 is equivalent to a 2t-3t?

The size 2-3 would fit a child that is 27 - 35 lbs and with a waist size of 12-20" (inches). To locate the size chart for underwear, if you can click on "size chart" then click on the "Toddler" tab. Then if you can jump to "underwear" here you will be able to see the complete size chart.

Are these undies thick "training" undies?

Carter's 7-Pack Cotton Briefs are regular underwear. The crotch area does have 2 layers of fabric, but these are not as thick as traditional "training" underwear.

What is okeo tek fabric?? I thought these were made of cotton
