The description indicates this product is made from 100% cotton, then also indicates it is a polyester blend.  I am concerned about shrinkage for sizing purposes.

The bodysuit is 100% Cotton. Carter's is committed to providing you with quality products. If any clothing shrinks excessively after washing, please call our Consumer Affairs department at 888-782-9548.
