Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun Swim Top! My 2 year old grandnephew lives in a subtropical island climate, where the sun shines pretty much year round, and where the call of the beach is strong. He also happens to love Bluey, so this long-sleeve rashguard swim top makes a perfect fashion statement, while also protecting his tender toddler arms and body, while he water plays to his heart's content.
