I bought this swimsuit and another one that I’m about to leave a bad review on. It’s ridiculous. I bought this swimsuit in 12 months size and it should be much larger.It would fit a 3 month old

My 1-year-old looks adorable in this suit and it's a great protector from the sun. But, even after washing according to instructions, any time it gets wet the pink dye bleeds onto towels, jackets, and other clothing (including clothing sitting near it and not worn on top of it).

What does rash guard mean? I've notice it in the description on the swimsuits that have sleeves.
