They slide back down, and the zipper constantly gets stuck, I'm afraid its going to end up braking soon enough. I have submitted the claim and I have yet to hear back from them. This is very bad on their part for not being on top of their customers concerns.

I have used this diaper bag since February 2023 and by may the zipper started giving out. I love it so much cause of the material easy to wipe down and space but unfortunately have to give it only one star because without the zipper the bag remains open because the magnet button is not strong enough. Wish they could have done a regular button to close it or a plastic zipper. This is from a busy mama of three boys who has had her fair share of diaper bags.

The first one was replaced by skip hop so I got the same one as a replacement (after I sent back my first one). The same issue keeps happening with the zipper. It breaks even when the bag is barely filled. I highly don’t recommend you buy this. For the price of this bag, the quality needs to be better.
